 Buyer-Seller Sales Agreement

1. When you purchase products or services, (design, artwork, etc.,) from Made Like An Arcade, you agree to pay at the time the services are requested and/or delivered based upon the requirements of the services that you are requesting. Made Like An Arcade does not offer any additional payment terms.
   
   
2. No other credit terms will super cede or amend from the terms of this buyer-seller agreement unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
   
   
3. If payment is not remitted at agreed upon time, our services will be delayed until such payment is received.
   
   
4. Purchaser (s) of our services agree to pay a service charge of $25.00 for each payment transaction that is returned or charge back to Made Like An Arcade (In addition to original invoice total).
   
   
5. If any invoice is not paid on demand, the purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, court costs, or any other collection expenses and agrees that Ohio law will govern any dispute.
